  • Overview

    Bruker is searching for an Executive Assistant reporting directly to the CEO.  This role will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship with the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to other executive leadership and the Board of Directors, handles highly confidential information with discretion, and work under pressure at times to deliver excellent work and meet deadlines.

    Responsibilities

    • Completes a wide array of functions for the CEO, including complete and remit expense reports, handle confidential information, arrange complex and detailed travel plans or itineraries and agendas, create or compile documents for meetings
    • Coordination with the Board of Directors, including planning and coordination of quarterly Board of Director meetings securing location, arranging travel and accommodations for local meetings and coordinating with local resource for offsite meetings
    • Develop well written quarterly internal communications and manage distribution
    • Support other members of CEO Leadership team as necessary
    • Manage all personal and professional travel plans for CEO and his family, including event planning
    • Perform other duties as required. 

    Qualifications

    • Several years of work experience supporting Executives in global, publicly traded organizations
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, together with experience in social media platforms            
    • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, and external partners
    • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to function independently
    • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
    • Emotional maturity and reliability
    • High energy contributor: one who thrives to support the executive team, including the flexibility to respond during off hours when executives are traveling or preparing for important meetings
