Under the direction of the Director of Global Compensation, maintain and administer activities to implement and administer Bruker’s compensation and benefits policies and programs in the EMEA Region.
Duties include but not limited to:
Benefits: Conduct analysis, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective benefits programs aligned with the organization's overall reward strategy. Participate in the review of benefit elements in different EMEA countries (e.g. pension plans, health plans, car policies). Assist HR Business Partner in due diligence, merger and acquisition and post-merger integration projects
Compensation: Participate in the administration of compensation cycles such as salary planning and bonus programs. Provide EMEA HR Business Partners with general compensation needs such as Ad-Hoc benchmarking analysis, research compliance regulations related to mandatory and/or minimum pay in EMEA region, and support salary planning done outside of current system. May participate in EMEA salary surveys, analyze data from survey sources to determine market competitiveness of current Bruker structures. Evaluates Bruker EMEA compensation structure against union/ tariff agreements.
Job Infrastructure Development. Participate in activities associated with the development and completion of Bruker’s EMEA’s job infrastructure ensuring alignment with overall Global infrastructure. Develop initial project plan, coordinate with local human resources business partners (HRBP’s), obtain Bruker internal employee data, support matching and leveling exercises, review market analysis (in smaller countries prepare market analysis using Radford database) and prepare findings for review.
HR Systems and Technology: Provide regional support with the administration of compensation and bonus cycles through the use of the Success Factors. Partner with Global HRIT as new enhancements come online and are available to test in the system.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Good understanding of HRIS systems to assist with testing new functions or enhancements, provide data in the appropriate format to easily upload and assist with process improvement efforts.
General compensation compliance knowledge for EMEA region. Ability to research and report general country compliance regulations
Ideal candidate will partner with EMEA Human Resources Business Partners to understand local compensation & benefits challenges and assist with the development of solutions, be well organized, have advance project management skills, and ability to work independently.
Education/Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience with administration of compensation & benefits programs, international country clusters, working with Works Councils. Bachelor’s degree required in business or Human Resources; Master’s Degree preferred. Fluent in English required; fluent in German and or French desired.
Training/Equipment: Strong MS Office skills; Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint, MS Access knowledge is a plus. Must have a familiarity with HRIT systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements: Fast-paced general office environment. Must be a self-starter, motivated and can work independently. Occasional travel may be required, as well as an occasional late evening call to accommodate global organization.
