The position effectively implements technology solutions to support HR and the company in efficient processes and appropriate access to human capital information. Includes planning and project management for delivery and continued development of HR systems as well as a solid understanding of the HR function, priorities and process to support effective decision-making through HRIS functionality.


  • Collaborate closely with HR and internal business customers to ensure processes, systems, and functionality meet the business and end-user needs.  Initiates and drives continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize user efficiencies in all HRIS systems and works to implement those improvements. 
  • Collaborate with IT to design and implement system integrations between internal systems and external vendors ensuring secure transmission of data and appropriate information privacy measures.  Responsible for testing to production implementation.
  • Utilizing systems reporting tools, responsible for reporting for business and end user needs including data collection and analysis.
  • Perform system administration tasks including managing databases/lists and configurations to support year end compensation and performance management cycles
  • Document processes/procedures, make recommendations for streamlining processes and create and maintain SOP (standard operating procedure) documents.
  • Independently resolves or collaborates with Information Technology (IT) personnel to solve technical problems and manage priorities


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of HRIS experience
  • Technical competence with HR technology including Workday or SAP SuccessFactors and ICIMS, or other HCM and talent acquisitions platforms
  • Project lead or work stream lead experience in enterprise HR application implementation, integrations and upgrades
  • Solid knowledge of system development methodologies
  • Strong Project management skills
  • Strong relationship skills to maximize HR data by bridging systems data to business and end user decision making information
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Experience in HR Data Management and analysis and proven contributions to process re-engineering
