  • Responsibilities

    1. Diagnostics and troubleshooting of Bruker Semiconductor Metrology Tools, product training, installation, upgrade, preventative maintenance, and perform applications support
    2. Customer facing product training, installation, upgrade, applications support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of Bruker Metrology tools and applications both domestic and international.
    3. Front line customer interface and support
    4. Create, develop, and continuously improve the customer support & applications knowledge database
    5. Tracks and reports performance of systems as assigned and assists in uptime improvement
    6. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with customers
    7. Attends continued training on company systems
    8. Includes on-call status

    Qualifications

    Physical/Environment Requirements

    - Travel domestically or internationally on short notice

    - Able to work in production floor, cleanroom, & laboratory environments

    - Must have a valid driver's license

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Knowledge:

    - Good theoretical understanding of Electronics, Mechanical and Physics to enable problem solving of complex system

     

    Skill:

    - Good verbal and written communication in English

    - Accurate and prompt reporting skills

     

    Abilities:

    - Ability to multitask & team player

    - Determination and ability to work long hours with high pressure

    - Independency in prioritization and execution of job

    - Excellent interpersonal relations

    - High level of customer service orientation

    - High integrity

     

    Education/Experience Requirements

    Education: BS/MS degree in Electronics/Physics/Mechanical/Material or related field

     

    Experience:

    1. 2-5 year work experience in technical/service support of semiconductor equipment (preferably metrology) is preferable
