  • Overview

    The candidate will coordinate regional marketing & communications activities mainly in India and also in the South East Asia region. This encompasses Event coordination and support for the local market communications. The position is based in our  India office. The candidate will work in an international team.



    Responsibilities

    • Responsible of the coordination of conferences and tradeshow including logistics (i.e., space booking, utilities etc., hotel reservations, catering, shipping of show materials as needed), 
    • Identification ,development and liasioning with vendors/Event management organizations for conducting events/seminars in the assigned geographical region , in compliance with Bruker policy
    • Manage entire communication mix, liaison with advertising agencies, designers, printers, vendors, etc. for development of copy/content, creative for communication materials
    • Liasioning with local and global finance for vendor payments
    • Working closely with local sales organization to organize events/seminars
    • Working with the Country Director for supporting Bruker India Marketing / MarCom Strategies, Budget and Planning & Execution of relevant Marcom activities.
    • Providing proof reading, editing and communications advice and services to internal colleagues and customers
    • Support and contribute to the Annual Marketing Planning process to ensure optimal investment of MarCom funds
    • Execute and track email marketing campaigns across stakeholders and measure outcomes in coordination with global Marcom
    • Making necessary updates throughout the year to ensure optimal investment of MarCom funds with measured results.
    • Planning within MarCom Budget, Campaigns in SFDC, Lead Tracking / ROI to be key focus.
    • Support New Marketing Initiatives; New Collateral development.
    • Following guidance from local marketing and divisional MarCom leadership, own the process of developing the 2020 MarCom plan - delivering the plan with program goals, funding levels and timelines to facilitate budgeting of the programs within the specific quarter.
    • E-mail Campaign: Work with Global / APAC team on campaign
    • Ensures maximal brand visibility at these events while staying in the defined budget,
    • Organize pre- and post-event digital activities: emailing’s, special actions, online survey,
    • Reports on lead generation at events & managing upload to SF. com
    • In charge of successfully organizing the BBIO Users Meeting in all major countries in India and South East Asia
    • Support the execution of local digital campaigns with the help of our Digital Marketing Team to improve BBIO product visibility on digital platform & drive business growth
    • Responsible of the coordination and integration of marketing activities with other Bruker divisions at joint events (Forum Labo, Analytica…),
    • Assists in general office/marketing administrative duties,
    • Support global communications team
    • Requires occasional show participation to manage on site events. This may represent up to 30% of the time (25 to 30 days per year).
    • Supports marketing/sales teams while off site at tradeshows.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus. Marketing degree or formalized training desired. 
    • Spoken language: Fluent in English & Hindi.  would be a plus
    • Minimum 10 years  experience in a Marketing & Communications or similar role required  
    • Missions should be done with a high degree of autonomy. Due to the multiple missions candidates should be able to manage different projects and tasks simultaneously, in the perfect respect of the time constraints with an extreme attention to details and the end quality. The candidate must be available to travel to the most important events.
    • Excellent skills in planning, prioritizing and organizing, able to meet deadlines
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally in an international team and environment
    • Genuine interest in technology and research
