Technical Support for installation, maintenance, instruction of BBIO products
1.Install, troubleshoot and maintain NMR products included software.
2.Identifies, analyzes and repairs product failures, orders replacement parts as required.
3.Provide basic operation & maintenance training to customers when required.
4.Resolve customer issues with hardware and software.
5.Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
6.Escalate technical issues to factories as needed.
7.Escalate customer issues to appropriate managers.
8.Work closely with sales and application to provide service perspective to ensure continued growth and profitability of the businesses.
At least BA level in Science or Engineering
Computer literacy for document, presentation preparation and report writing
Linguistic ability for reading English manuals
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
At least 5 years’ experience of Service engineer
