    Responsibilities

    • Support sales teams in tender process , liaising with factory to obtain relevant tender related documents in a timely manner.
    • Arrange tender related payment, Bank guarantees etc
    • Liaising with factory and local banks for PBG ,
    • Establish a single point communication with factory for all commercial matters including payment terms, LC matters etc
    • Participate in weekly commercial calls with factory and finance for providing updates pertaining to revenue recognition, AR
    • Support the sales team to prepare Sales quotes and Service Contracts
    • Business documents making checking and reviewing, such as Shipping docs, L/C draft, import license applied form etc.)
    • Sales order creation in SAP , Order checking and Processing in close coordination with Order management
    • Maintaining proper database of all commercial transactions including customer database and creating effective monthly reports
    • Establishing effective communications with customer , internal stake holders , dealers and factories by providing timely updates
    • Preparing sales reports and critical analytics to Director BBIO for effective decision making.
    • Liaising with vendors and providing assistance in procurement of local items.
    • Office admin responsibilities for safety and compliance.
    • Handling warranty communication with factory and customers

     

     

    Qualifications

    ·       Bachelor`s degree in Commerce/Science . MBA will be an added advantage.

    ·       8 years + working experience in Sales/Service support in a multinational instrument company in area of analytical instrumentation or similar fields

    ·       Know-how of SAP or ERP system

    ·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office

    ·       Knowledge of process improvement tools will be an added advantage

    ·       Strong initiative capability and self-motivated.

    ·       Good interpersonal communication skills.

    ·       Good English skill in written and oral
