The Executive Assistant to the VP of Sales will be responsible to provide high-level support on a variety of tasks and to monitor and organize high volumes of inquiries from the international sales offices. At the same time the successful candidate will demonstrate prioritization and time management skills to balance the execution of high volume complex assignments. Furthermore the Executive Assistant will serve as a contributing member of the team, providing perspective and critical thinking skills, inspiring and challenging the VP of Sales and MRS Management team to develop creative solutions.
The successful candidate will possess professional credibility while building and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels of the organization, including the executive committee.

This position is based in Wissembourg, as the VP Sales is primarily located in this office. The ability to work independently, using insight and critical thinking skills, is an important element for a successful partnership.
