  • Overview

    The position of a Technical Sales Specialist, Gas Analytics is responsible to generate market opportunities, follow up on the existing and new sales projects on both technical and commercial aspects which will lead to sales growth for Gas Analytics and strives for future growth.


    • Develop new markets and grow sales for the Gas Analytics product portfolio
    • Full responsibility for the whole sales cycle from lead generation to closing the sales
    • Support the North American Sales team on the Sale of Gas Analytics portfolio
    • Planning and conducting studies and demonstrations for in-house and on-site customers
    • Train customer and employees on Gas Analytics applications and products
    • Communicate with our customers and employees in order to continuously adapt our products to the needs of the market
    • Support the Sales Team with regards to handheld Raman systems (secondary focus with mid-term priority)

    • Degree in a natural science subject, advanced degree or doctorate preferred or professional experience in the field of FT-IR, Raman and / or gas analysis
    • Fluent in English, both verbal and written; other foreign languages ​​desirable
    • Intermediate PowerPoint / MS Excel skills
    • Analytical thinking, structured working style, high degree of self-responsibility and initiative
    • Team orientation, resilience, and enthusiasm for work
    • Efficient communication & security in dealing with employees at all levels

    Computer Skills:                                                


    Basic computer skills essential including MS office, ideal candidate will have experience with Bruker Optics products

     Other Skills and Abilities:                                                

     Excellent communications skills; ability to successfully interact with both internal and external customers with varying levels of technical knowledge and expertise.                                 



     Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time and can travel internationally
