    1. Provide Customer Service Support, remote and onsite
    2. Coordinate, manage and carry out new installations, repair service or maintenance jobs
    3. Troubleshooting, diagnosing system faults or technical problems, and resolve these Service Contract Sales
    4. Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
    5. Conducts equipment troubleshooting, analysis, and debugging in support of installation or operating activities.
    6. Provide training for customers and users on system maintenance
    7. Complete and submit field service reports
    8. Team up with colleagues and pass on important information
    9. Cooperate with sales & application team and share information across the organization
    10. Maintain good relationship with customers via well-planned activities, reports, meetings and positive interactions
    11. Maintenance Contracts Sale
    12. Other aftermarket sales, e.g. spare parts, upgrade parts.


    1. Proven field service experience
    2. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
    3. Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
    4. Minimum of 5+years experiences as Field Service Engineer
    5. Commitment, Reliable and able to take responsibility and be hands-on
    6. Bachelor / University of cooperative education
    7. Fluent in spoken and written English
    8. Basic communication skills and working knowledge
