    Responsibilities

    New opportunity with the Bruker BioSpin Service and Lifecycle Support Team to provide 2nd Level Support for all CryoProbe product lines and all NMR automation products.

     

    Within the field of CryoProbe systems and NMR automation products, will be responsible for the following job duties:

    • Operate a targeted global hotline for Bruker Service Engineers
    • Teach courses for Bruker Service Engineers
    • Participate in R&D hardware and software projects 
    • Review technical manuals
    • Perform on-site troubleshooting in complex cases
    • Conduct Site Planning
    • Test new products and software
    • Perform other duties as required.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum five years work experience as a Service Engineer delivering on-site service and teaching support in the field of Bruker CryoProbes and NMR automation products including associated software products
    • Advanced proficient in MS Office suite
    • Proficient English verbal and written language; German language desirable
    • Prior Bruker Service, NMR, and Cryoprobes teaching experience desirable
    • Service oriented mindset and deliverables
    • Intercultural competence
    • Analytical thinking in depth and breadth
    • Very good communication skills
    • Able to work independently and within a team 
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Ability to satisfactorily perform field service rover rotation program customer support.
    • Ability to satisfactorily complete position training requirements.
    • Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
    • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
    • Maintain a valid passport with flexibility for domestic and international travel.
    • May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
