    •     Responsibility for introduction and support of new products in device assembly - oriented to the respective product life cycle.
    •     Professional cooperation and interface management with device development in production tests and during product launch with the aim of shortening the time to market.
    •     Manage and handle design changes in alignment with Engineering department.
    •     Support of production and purchasing in supplier selection including outsourcing and cost estimation.
    •     Development of necessary component and system tests - internally and with external suppliers - together with electronics development and production planning.
    •     Ensuring efficient and optimized production processes as well as the quality of the XMA products.
    •     Continuously support the production of the of the X-ray Fluorescence products with all technical and quality issues.
    •     Troubleshooting on electronic and mechanical components as well as devices and system components for use in the field of x-ray fluorescence analysis.
    •     Development of technical solutions and documentation of necessary work steps in the event of production disruption.
    •     Identification of optimization potentials, weak points and performance reserves in production, as well as derivation of optimization measures to reduce production costs.
    •     Supervision and guidance of colleagues working in production and service as well as implementation of training and education measures.


    • Degree in electronics, mechatronics or comparable
    • Several years of professional experience in the field of device- and prototype construction
    • Profound expertise in the field of high-frequency and communication technology
    • Good material knowledge and experience in the field of CAD are of advantage
    • Shows strong commitment to the achievement of objectives
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Business fluent English and German is a prerequisite for this position
