    New opportunity based in Billerica MA for a Sales & Service Support Coordinator to join the Customer Support Center.  The Sales and Service Support Team accurately processes customer service requests and purchase orders, interfaces with internal and external customers on a regular basis to address their needs, and provides daily administrative support. This role will be responsible for the timely processing of incoming customer purchase orders and CRM service requests and Sales and Service quoting.

    • Coding & saving all PO’s for CRM quotes upon PO receipt
    • Completing all CRM confirmations for back office invoicing
    • Converting all CRM service requests to service orders
    • Converting all MSA quotes to service contracts
    • Coordinates with other internal departments to obtain information needed to accurately process customer orders and respond to customer inquiries
    • Exhibits professional and courteous telephone demeanor, accuracy, follow through, and adherence to Bruker Company policies and practices
    • Generate MSA quote upon end of warranty of new system
    • Generate MSA renewal quotes upon contract expiration
    • Generate quotes for all consumable, spare parts, MSA’s
    • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Bruker products, sales promotions and order processes.
    • Maintain and update service reports and installation acceptance records for Regional Service Managers
    • Order cryogens for service
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
    • Responsible for maintaining customer service database by entering information into tickets and updating new and existing equipment data
    • Sales and Service support
    • Scheduling of planned maintenance.
    • Update SAP database with warranty start and end date
    • Verification of information being entered into SAP/CRM to ensure order is processed accurately the first time; with the goal of minimizing errors and reprocessing invoices
    • Verify all aspects of the item ordered including researching order status as needed
    • Work extended hours during month end/quarter end as required
    • Perform other duties as required.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.  College Degree in Business related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years customer service telephone support, order processing, and highly accurate data entry work experience within a global life science or high tech work environment that provides technical, scientific, and /or engineering products.
    • Excellent verbal, listening, written, computer, interpersonal communication and presentation skills with advanced MS Office Suite and Windows proficiency. 
    • Demonstrated work experience with SAP and CRM database operations to ensure accuracy with customer accounts and purchase orders. Experience with Salesforce preferred.
    • Prior training with Bruker or life sciences products and sales tax requirements highly desirable.
    • Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to conduct business with customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
    • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy and excellent organizational skills.
    • Requires prioritization, multi-tasking and teamwork
    • Proven ability to work independently, as well as in a team
    • Constructive problem solving and follow through capabilities
    • English language fluency required.
    • Knowledge of additional languages desirable (Spanish, German, Mandarin).
    • Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
    • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
    • May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
