    Responsibilities

    • Provide professional technical support for the Bruker customers with installation, training, corrective maintenance and hotline;
    • Support our sales team with visits of prospect customers and find new projects;
    • Participation of technical training at Bruker do Brasil and in Germany;
    • Sell upgrades and service contracts;
    • Translate technical manuals and service procedures;
    • Warranty the satisfaction of Bruker customers.

    Qualifications

    • High level degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineer, Chemistry or equivalent experience.
    • Two or more years with experience with customer support, maintenance with analytical or medical equipment.
    • Knowledge in electronics;
    • Knowledge of English and Portuguese language (speaking and writing) is mandatory;
    • Knowledge of Spanish language (speaking and writing) is a differential;
    • Ability to communicate and deal effectively within all levels of the organization – both internal and external customers and colleagues – in a professional manner;
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
    • Must possess above average organizational skills and be accurate as well as detail-oriented;
    • Availability and willingness to travel within Brazil, Latin America and Germany.
