  • Overview

    Contributions in sales, marketing, business development and brand management, positive interaction and relationship with customers, field service representatives, outside sales representatives, management and marketing teams. Demonstrated ability to bring new innovative ideas and approaches to establish support agreement sales, marketing programs, and business practice.


    1. Present and sell post product support and services to current and potential customers.
    2. Sell post product support and services over the phone or on-site visits and in person
    3. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
    4. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
    5. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
    6. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
    7. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
    8. Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships.
    9. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
    10. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
    11. Identify and resolve customer concerns.
    12. Prepare a variety of status reports-goals & forecast, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
    13. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff and customers
    14. collaborate with associate departments within company including: outside sales, technical support, customer service and account departments
    15. Develop and implement special sales activities
    16. Other duties may be assigned.


    1. Computer skill mandatory
    2. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales techniques.
    3. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
    4. Work requires some travel (25-50%) within your territory to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver’s license.
    5. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel

    Education and/or Experience:   BA/BS/MBA plus 3+ years inside or outside sales experience                             


    Computer Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other database management skill are a plus             


    Other Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and presentation skills with Chinese and English is a plus


    Other Qualifications:

    1. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
    2. Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
    3. Prepare bids and Request for Quotes (RFQ)
    4. Design and implement marketing fliers to promote new support products
