    Summary of Responsibilities

    This position is a sales administrative support role, relying on strong detail oriented capabilities to administer and communicate customer, sales and financial needs in a positive and professional manner. Will need to accurately and clearly document information into various progressive databases for the purpose of streamlining processes internally and throughout the marketplace.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Capture / enter sales leads from a variety of sources including internet, e-mail, trade shows, phone calls, webinars, workshops, etc. into Salesforce.com
    • Distribute leads to appropriate sales channel within 1 business day
    • Generate quotations for the North America sales channels, including Government solicitations and rentals
    • Sales calls coming into Kennewick office
    • Backup for Sales order confirmation, order entry and invoicing
    • Coordinate and help with cash receipts and disbursements posting
    • Posting wires and ACH payments when needed
    • Other administrative duties as needed

    Qualifications

     

    • Proven attention to detail and concern for a high standard of quality.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written), demonstrating consistent professional and courteous relational ability and integrity.
    • Patient, considerate, compassionate towards others of various cultural and educational backgrounds.
    • Self-motivated while flexible and able to work well with others and as a team.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, high-tech environment.
    • Experienced and comfortable in international, cross-cultural communications.
    • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is helpful, but not required.

    Educational/Experience Requirements

    AA degree and a minimum of 4+ years of related experience in the following areas preferred: sales and service support, office administration, data entry and accounting.
