    Summary of Responsibilities:

    This person will be responsible for overall sales administration functions for:

    • Entire Order Process Management
    • Support on Booking and Revenue Reporting
    • Sales Support and Logistics as Back Office Function

    Essential Functions:

    • Order Management
      • Overall order process management (SAP & SFDC)
      • Support on Booking and Revenue Reporting
      • Align with Finance and Selling Entity
    • Support on Production Coordination
    • Logistics
      • Prepare shipping documents
      • Coordinate global shipments

    Travel Requirements:

    For training purpose, a trip to Germany for several weeks may be required.


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Experience in sales operations related jobs.
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
    • Experience of operating SAP and CRM (SFDC)
    • Fluency in English; reading/writing and oral communication

    Educational Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree in related discipline
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
