    Responsibilities

    Back Office

    Ensure an efficient system for all processes within the back office in your division

    • Ensure effectiveness in actively supporting the efforts of the sales, application and service team
    • Order Processing
    • Invoicing
    • Service report processing
    • Sales & Service Administration – processing eMails, Quotations & Contracts
    • Service phone calls customers
    • Handling of packages for Service Engineers
    • Spare Parts in & out
    • Export/Import - Logistic

    Responsibilities

     Primary tasks of the role:

    • The execution of work is according to the rules, procedures (ISO) and (domestic) guidelines which apply in the organization
    • Keep the own knowledge level maintained
    • Have a flexible attitude regarding the execution of associated tasks but outside of the primary job

    • Collaborate respectfully and in a professional way with the whole back office team
    • Communication skills in writing and verbally in Dutch and English
    • Highly customer orientated

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    • MEAO/HEAO level education
    • Good verbal and written command of the Dutch and English language. Command of German language is recommended
    • Minimum of 5 year experience in an administrative role
    • Adept in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with ERP and CRM systems is recommended

     Skills and Experience

     

    • Experienced in working in a technically focused customer oriented environment
    • Excellent numerate and literacy skills
    • Able to work independently and autonomously
    • Financial insight

     Position

     

    • Reports to the Country Manager Netherlands BDAL
    • The position is based in the Leiderdorp office. Residence within a reasonable commuting distance of the Leiderdorp office is a condition of employment.
    • Working hours are 26 hours per week. Working times will be Monday to Friday between 08.30 and 17.00 Reasonable flexibility in start and finishing times is expected to meet deadlines or other business priorities. You will be entitled to a 30 minute lunch break.
