  • Overview

    Internal sales engineer will identify the business opportunities for accessories /software/ modules /upgrade items by developing new prospect and interacting with existing customers in order to interest and qualify leads for sales  he/she must have a keen understanding of BNS products technology and ability to be the consultant sales to let customer understand the technical solution for specific applications and could communicate the value of BNS products and have the ability to close small value orders to support direct sales.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Understand and create the needs and expectations of customers and provide the relevant solution
    • Analyze, Prospect and build an accessory sales funnel for sales managers via visit, calling, email communication, and other direct marketing method.
    • Consumable parts selling and have ability to close small deal and upgrade.
    • New functions/modules upgrade selling
    • Customer database management to constantly update the new contact information of the end users and TB information.
    • Revisit existing customer and gather the sales information
    • Work with agent for the probes promotion and technical support.
    • Roadshow and Seminar to promote new functions
    • Act as bridge between marketing and sales on each market activities and work toward the objectives
    • Leads Nurturing, qualify all sales leads to support sales manager
    • Constantly upgrade Sales force with regular activity report

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Performing other tasks as assigned by sales director

     

    ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • 50% travel both domestically and internationally on short notice

    Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    • Research background and familiar with AFM is better
    • Good at communication skill and negotiation skill
    • Good at presentation skill and learning capability
    • English, office and basic International trade knowledge
    • Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
    • Experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.

     

    EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • PhD degree with 3 Years’ AFM related research or technical support job experience
    • 3 years AFM experiences in the PhD research
    • Good at English writing and speaking
    • Good at communication skill
