    New opportunity for a Back Office Invoicing Coordinator with the Bruker BioSpin Customer Support Team based in Billerica MA. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate generation of all invoices and submission to customers for processing and payment.

    • Generating invoices, reviewing against PO’s for accuracy.
    • Distribution of invoices via mail, email, third party portals as required.
    • Processing all CRM confirmations and releasing invoices for distribution to customers.
    • Updating and maintaining Tax Exemption Certificates in Vertex, SAP and Sharepoint.
    • Maintaining all SAP customer master record database information.
    • Processes all credit card transactions as required.
    • Processing all credit memos for returns and refunds.
    • Exhibits professional and courteous telephone demeanor, accuracy, follow through, and adherence to Bruker Company policies and practices.
    • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Bruker products, sales promotions and order processes.
    • Work extended hours during month end/quarter end as required.
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

    Education and/or Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required. College in Business related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years customer service telephone support, order processing, and highly accurate data entry experience within a global high tech work environment that provides technical, scientific, and /or engineering products.
    • Demonstrated experience with SAP and CRM database operations to ensure accuracy with customer accounts and purchase orders.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to conduct business with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Required Training: SAP, CRM, Salesforce tools; Sales Tax Requirements; Bruker product knowledge
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows required and previous experience with SAP, CRM, Salesforce strongly preferred.
