    Responsibilities

    New Human Resources Recruitment Specialist opportunity reporting to the Director of HR. This role provides direct support to the Bruker BSC by handling recruiting and other HR tasks with the major focus on:

     

    Recruitment:

    • Actively sources for new candidates
    • Communicates with candidates, schedules meetings, conducts screening interviews, and provides feedback
    • Closely coordinates on all recruiting activities with HR and Hiring Department Team Leaders 
    • Participates in creating and updating of the hiring plan within the company, allocates proper resources and methods of recruitment to achieve the targeted plan
    • Is engaged into recruitment initiatives like employer branding and onboarding

    General HR Operations:

    • Answers general HR questions regarding benefits, policy and procedures
    • Identifies opportunities for process and/or systems improvement and makes recommendations or implements.

    Perform other duties as required.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in the role we need you to:

    • Have demonstrated, minimum of 3 years’ work experience in proactive recruitment and sourcing for candidates
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both: Polish and English (written and oral), additional language would be an asset
    • Master’s degree – preferably in HR/postgraduate studies in HR
    • Demonstrate strong passion and desire to constantly learn new things and adapt to changes
    • Be confident, proactive and self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Have strong time management skills and be skilled in working on complex cases individually with limited supervision
    • Knowledge of HR and Payroll technology and information systems such as iCIMS, SuccessFactors, SAP, and ADP.
