  • Responsibilities

    Quote service

    Create a quotation and send it to customer or dealer, explain why it is that pricing.

    • Service contract
    • Invoiced Service
    • Preventive Maintenance

     

    Document control

    Service has many documents, which need to be well organized to pick up when necessary.

    • Service contract.
    • Invoice service /service report

     

    System handling

    • Proceed service process based on CRM Dynamics and SAP ERP
    • Input data into CRM and SAP systems.
    • Perching item from third party vendor.

     

    Field Service Support

    Backup field support to focus on customer satisfaction, closing service case.

    • Help field service. (check out spare parts, scheduling)
    • Call operation

     

    Distributor call handling

    • Quote request
    • PM scheduling

     

    Others

    • Send letters to customer
    • Book accommodation, lunch, dinner, taxi for VIP
    • Setup and shipping operating instructions
    • Preparation for detection spare part
    • Report some service indicator to APAC
    • Other paper work

    Qualifications

    • English: Read/Write E-mail communication
    • SAP knowledge/experience (service module): nice to have
    • Application: Word, Excel.
    • Experienced working in an international environment
