    • Responsible for providing high level of spectroscopic expertise to support the sales/marketing activities and the after sales customer support
    • Application support for the sales team in the field on more complex systems and applications with a clear focus on the sales of the system
    • Handle and support the applications in the QC markets with the sales team or individually
    • Possible development of the employee into a key account for complex systems f.e. big key accounts or academic level customers
    • Support of demo during sales process, reporting the executed feasibility studies
    • Organizes, carries out and reports the progress of sample investigations on customer’s samples
    • Develops and maintains detailed technical knowledge of the specifications and operations of instrument systems and software
    • Presents technical aspects of products to customers and sales channels
    • Customer trainings/coordination of trainings at installation or on demand
    • Works closely with customers to analyze applications in industry and Science.
    • Seeking for new market opportunities and new applications
    • Supporting customer events like exhibitions, seminars, workshops etc.
    • Communication with the HQ in English which requires good written and oral English language skills


    • Master or equivalent level of knowledge in Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science, Physics or related field
    • Minimum of 1 years of sales or technical experience in the analytical environment and/ or MIR and Raman scientific establishment, preferably more
    • A positive team player, self-motivated with strong analytical skills
    • Spoken and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
    • Ability to work in an analytical environment; being focused, ability to structure complex request scenarios
    • Capability of good people skills to easily connect with people from different markets (QC and academics)
    • Competence to efficiently and professionally guide clients through their analytical tasks
    • accomplishment of high stress levels
    • Willingness to travel (at least 60% of the monthly working time)
