    Responsibilities

    To troubleshooting/repair spectrometer parts: AC/DC power supply, RF Probe, RF amplifier, PCB

    To provide services for spectrometer and to carry out system installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenances.

    To give support by telephone or E-Mail in case of technical question or problems as second evel supports in SLS, and escalate to 3rd level if needed.

    To undertake any other duties related to product service, maintenance, installation and training

    Work with factory and service managers monitor safety parts inventory and new product inventory set up.

    Tools managements in China for all product lines

    To provide information and reports to BBIO Service Management on a regular basis

    To create and complete service related documentation as required

    Support and Back up filed service engineers

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics/physics or similar fields with experince more than 5 years (Preferably with some experiences in analytical instrument industry)

    Skilled in soldering, oscilloscope, RF network analysis and electronic circuit analysis

    Good Spoken and written English, CET 4 or above.

    Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task

    Good communication skill with internal and external customers and willing to support customers.

    Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills

    Able to travel as required.
