    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

     

    • Daily issuance of invoices, both order and delivery related
    • Maintain the Billings Due lists for Sales and Service in SAP
    • Trouble shoot service related billing issues and credits
    • Maintain the Vertex tax exemption database- create new customers and correct existing errors
    • Process LOC communications with Bruker’s representative to bank
    • Complete various customer requests to establish Bruker in their systems as a supplier
    • Support Sales and Compliance Team to comply with MID Level DD and Agreement requirements in revised TPA Policy. Including execution of Letter Agreement for China/ROW and tracking Tender/Turn Key/Single Sale results in Securimate and SAP.
    • Support Compliance Manager with responses to Internal Audits and SOX Audits relating TPA Policy compliance
    • Support process to ensure Divisional “consulting and contractor” agreements have proper review and executed within the Bruker Limits of Authority

     

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Complete VAT tax report for the warehouses (monthly)

    Process commissions approvals and refunds (monthly)

    Reconcile down payments account against SAP (monthly)

    Review and confirm US taxes on monthly basis

    Update customer sales and use tax certificates in SAP/paper records

    Create manual invoices for special customer requests/terms

    Other duties as assigned

     

     

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

     

    Requires a high level of computer skills and MS Office usage

    Requires a high level of problem solving and organizational skills

    Requires attention to detail and ability to follow up on outstanding items

    Requires an ability to communicate well (both verbally and written)

    Some knowledge of SAP is a plus.

     

    EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    3-5 years experience in finance, billings, or related field

    BS in finance or related field
