  • Overview

    The function of BioSpin Sales in the Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Division is to promote, sell and grow the NMR and EPR System sales business within a territory (Italy and western Balcans) based out of business appropriate location. We envision success through a close contact  with the local research community , with a specific focus on the industrial marker (pharma). This position is located in Milano (Italy).



    • Forecasting, marketing and sales of NMR and EPR Systems in a defined territory and market segment
    • Reporting through SalesForce CRM and driven by Miller Heimann sales methodologies
    • Working closely with application, service and marketing department within the sales team to meet the need of existing customers and reach the assigned goals
    • Set up, in the team, strategic plan to increase the sales on specific focused area (eg. pharma)
    • Interaction with locals Service and LifeCycle Support (SLS) team

    • Regular status reporting

    • Marketing support

    • Travel to visit customers in the region and attend conference and event is a very important  part of the job.

    • Attendance at the Bruker Head office for training, meetings etc.
    • Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager


    • Degree in Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry or other chemistry based discipline
    • Knowledge about  NMR spectroscopy and applications
    • Understanding NMR as a technique
    • Experience in  Pharma and industrial enviroment  (optional)
    • Knowledge of other analytical techniques (MS, IR) (optional)
    • Excellent interpersonal communications (written and oral) skills in italian (mother language), good knowledge of English
    • Ability to deal with people at all levels
    • Negotiation skills
    • Able to make public presentation  about BioSpin products
    • Tenacity and self motivation inspired by success and enthusiasm
    • Self discipline and  ability to decide priorities
    • The personality of a natural team player, willing and able to build confidence and to establish strong co-operative relationship with personnel throughout the company, the customer base
    • Current valid driving licence
