    Reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis this role will be a key member of the Corporate FP&A team with responsibility for enterprise financial planning, budgeting, reporting and analysis. 

    • Partner with Vice President of Corporate FP&A to facilitate management reporting and forecasting processes
    • Coordinate division management reporting to enable Corporate Financial Reviews
    • Prepare senior management financial presentations (Board, CEO, CFO)
    • Support the development of the annual business plan and strategic goal setting process including the creation of presentation templates and financial models
    • Assist in the implementation of enterprise wide standard management reporting including financial performance standards and key performance indicators
    • Partner with operational experts and build relationships within the business
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across the organization
    • Perform ad hoc analysis on various business aspects as requested
    • Perform other duties as required.


    • Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
    • 4 - 7 years of progressive financial reporting and control and corporate financial planning and analysis experience within a complex, multi-entity, multi-national environment
    • Experience with BPC and/or Hyperion desired
    • Strong, advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
    • Experience with a Tier 1 ERP preferred
    • Strong understanding of systems, analytical tools, financial modeling, and data management
    • Polished communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Effective project management skills in a large complex multinational organization
    • Proven ability to juggle priorities without sacrificing quality and timeliness
    • Mature and confident, able to operate independently
    • Hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
    • Ability to deliver insightful and credible analysis to support decisions
    • High-energy self-starter with history of successful accomplishments
    • Proven flexibility with ability to prioritize and manage differing time constraints
    • Ability to maintain valid passport with flexibility for extensive international travel
    • Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state or governing location
    • May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
