  • Overview

    Bruker is seeking a Regional Marketing Communications Manager to develop and implement the regional marketing communication strategy for the Bruker Daltonics Division in concordance with the global business and product strategy.   As the leader managing lead generation and nurturing efforts, you will be also responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing a variety of programs from segmented email campaigns to webinars.

             

    Responsibilities

    Marketing and promotion activities include:

    • Develop and implement marketing communications strategy for regional marketing activities including tradeshows, conferences, user meetings, seminars, and webinars with compelling campaigns and content
    • Manage BDAL presence at conferences and exhibitions, user meetings, roadshows and local workshops
    • Develop and produce business supporting communication tools including brochures and flyers, website landing pages
    • Develop and improve regional social media activities like on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
    • Manage CRM system including marketing automation system with data selection and segmentation; research, develop and update target prospect lists for sales
    • Work closely with market management, product management, and field sales force on feedback and approvals for a variety of communications

    Qualifications

    • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, alternatively degree in sciences or engineering with an additional marketing qualification, or equivalent. Experience in a B2B marketing in a scientific instrumentation or Life Science market is a plus.
    • Online and content marketing knowledge
    • Event management knowledge
    • Experience in using tools for CRM (salesforce.com), marketing automation and email marketing, content management systems, web analytics and webinars
    • Proficient Adobe Creative Suite user
    • Track record of planning and completing lead generation initiatives from beginning to end
    • Self-reliant structured work style, adherence to deadlines
    • Highly motivated, strong team skills, excellent communication capabilities
    • Willingness to travel globally
