    This position is responsible for proactively driving new and existing business relationships with partnering companies and academic partners of the Business Area Microbiology & Diagnostics. According contracts and respective amendments have to be developed with the major goal to achieve the commercial needs of the Business Area. Feedback and input from various internal Bruker functions have to be considered in that process.


    Your tasks will include the following:

    • Development of international business-to-business (B2) contracts
    • Implementation of the business needs of the commercial team into B2B partnerships
    • Development of co-sales/co-marketing contracts, OEM contracts, IP in-licensing and R&D collaboration contracts
    • Close collaboration with the commercial team. the internal legal team, and also with outsourced legal advisors
    • Interfacing with regulatory affairs, R&D, supply chain management, finance, quality management, export control and compliance
    • Building and keeping up relationships with existing and new partners






    • Diploma / Master's degree or equivalent in business, law or a related field
    • Experience working in a multinational corporation
    • Background preferably in the fields of microbiology, diagnostics or legal
    • Understanding of business needs and business key performance indicators
    • Experience in strategic business development
    • Experience with developing and understanding legal language in English and German
    • Business fluency in English and German
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong networking capabilities
    • Strong player in multidisciplinary teams
