    We have a full-time opportunity in our Billerica, MA headquarters. The Order Processing Administrator will become familiar with processes in the Customer Support Center and will work closely with other departments (sales, application, order processing, purchasing, service department, shipping, etc.).




    Bruker Optics is currently looking for an Order Processing Administrator position to join its Customer Support Team.  The Order Processing Administrator interfaces with internal and external customers and processes requests and purchase orders/invoices daily for services and product.  This position has heavy customer interaction via email and phone.  The ideal candidate will have successful experience dealing with multiple requests from a diverse customer base.


    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Bruker's customers.
    • Receive incoming customer requests and provide timely responses for service and support.
    • Administer quotations, orders, delivery documents and invoices in Bruker's SAP system, SD module and CRM systems (SAP-CRM).
    • Maintain SAP documents for billable services, parts and consumables for external and internal customers.
    • Maintains accurate records and relevant master data in SAP.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    • Minimum 3 years’ work experience performing complex, customer service support within a technical work environment.
    • Minimum 2 year's experience managing full-cycle order fulfillment.
    • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions in a professional manner.
    • Technical skills, including intermediate level MS Office. Experience with CRM systems and SAP preferred.  
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks handle multiple, diverse requests.
    • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
    • Team player, willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
    • Ability to work core business hours onsite in Billerica, MA $8:30am to 5:00pm
