SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position ensures manufactured components and assembled products meet company standards and objectives during sub- and systems-level builds. The Test Engineer will develop and implement testing and evaluation methods for standard and special devices, create test plans based on production specifications and requirements, perform testing, and compile and analyze data for review and identification of manufacturing and production issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for the integration and qualification of complete and partial systems for various Bruker product lines; each system is assembled and tested to a specific customer order requiring timeliness of completion and accuracy of configuration. This job includes the trouble-shooting and the correction of mechanical and electrical problems, and requires skill in these areas. The position requires an ability to work productively individually or as part of a group.
