SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Production Manager has broad responsibility and leadership over the manufacturing of multiple product lines, including overseeing day-to-day activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly requirements. The Production Manager focuses the organization on aligning activities and resources towards creating and achieving shipment and revenue goals though partnering with functions that do not report to this position.
The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, driving quality improvements, providing premier customer service, developing a technically qualified work workforce, reducing operating costs, inventories and lead times through continuous improvements.
