As Customer facing, technical support, it is required to work together with the local team, overseas experts and other senior staff as needed, to provide effective and excellent support to the installed base.
Responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of current installed base of XRD, XRF & SC-XRD instruments in Malaysia and some surrounding Countries from time to time
Troubleshoot, diagnose customer problems and coordinates appropriate corrective action directly or within the local team and the customer
Conform at all times to Bruker and customer’s safety, cleanliness, and working protocol policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by Bruker are understood and met.
Carry out preventative maintenance activities to installed base as per factory guidelines.
Provide Service Support after installation.
General Service administration activities and report submission
Responsible for proper spare part handling according to internal procedures
Report to local service manager or team lead
Diploma/Degree in Engineering
At least 3 years’ experience in similar technical environment
