    Function


    The function of the Service Administrator is to provide cohesive, pan-divisional administrative and operational support to the in-house and field-based Indian Bruker SLS engineering teams.


    Objective


    The primary objective is to play an effective part in maintaining the Bruker Service Teams’ reputation for unrivalled customer support and optimum customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    Duties
    Working as a member of a team in a busy environment that serves BBIO Divisions in India not withstanding assistance to other divisions

     

    HelpDesk
    To ensure that requests for support made by customers to our HelpDesk are efficiently and effectively handled to the satisfaction of the customer

     

    General Admin
    To ensure that the administration work of an intensely customer-oriented service team is efficiently and effectively handled to the satisfaction of customers and the business

    Qualifications

    Qualifications
     B.Com or BBM
     high standard of oral and written English
     Communication ability in Hindi and other regional languages preferred
     knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel; Working knowledge of SAP
