Working as a member of a team in a busy environment that serves BBIO Divisions in India not withstanding assistance to other divisions
To ensure that requests for support made by customers to our HelpDesk are efficiently and effectively handled to the satisfaction of the customer
To ensure that the administration work of an intensely customer-oriented service team is efficiently and effectively handled to the satisfaction of customers and the business
B.Com or BBM
high standard of oral and written English
Communication ability in Hindi and other regional languages preferred
knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel; Working knowledge of SAP
