  • Overview

    The Regional Marketing Manager China of the Bruker BioSpin Group is responsible for the development and execution of China marketing programs that leverage client intelligence for increased customer engagement and lead and opportunity generation as well as an enhanced personalized customer experience in the region. The position offers the opportunity to demonstrate leadership, business, marketing and technical skills by working in a global high-performance team dedicated to driving marketing strategies and revenue growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Development and execution of China marketing programs to deliver lead and opportunity generation in the region.
    • Development and management of relevant digital assets focused on the region with input to broader global digital strategy.
    • Develop regional Marketing ROI mechanism & Drive ROI Optimization
    • Develop Effective Marketing Funnel Management to drive opportunity and order conversion
    • Initiate Cross Divisional and Cross Group Marketing Collaboration
    • Build local Marketing Database with Customer Segmentation and Customer Profile for marketing promotion and business insights purpose
    • Support social media strategies through viable content development
    • Act as regional Marketing liaison to Asia Pacific specific channel partners

    Qualifications

    Missions should be done with a high degree of personal commitment, independence, timeliness and idea of support. Candidate should be able to manage different projects and tasks simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining the highest quality of output.

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or comparable
    • Minimum of 5 years related experience in sales and/or marketing
    • Knowledge of the latest tools and processes in digital marketing incl. marketing automation and CRM is important
    • Experience developing and executing digital marketing programs to drive demand for new and existing products, including experience with segment marketing programs.
    • Experience with the implementation a marketing automation system, including the change management of people, processes and skillsets.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in an international global marketing team.
    • Strong interest in technology with the ability to understand a diverse and complex product line.
    • Ability to take technical details and convert into a meaningful customer message.
    • The ability to effectively communicate Marketing concepts and programs with global and regional stakeholders.
    • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
