Responsibilities

The Web Administrator is a critical member of the Marketing Communications team at Bruker Nano Surfaces (BNS), responsible for maintaining look, feel, and functionality of several Bruker websites. Their responsibilities include design and implementation of web pages and online content within corporate guidance; perform routine maintenance and usability testing. As our websites are a primary source of sales leads, the web administrator will be expected to analyze data and make determinations on methods and techniques for optimum lead capturing, including Salesforce integration, SEO, SEM and remarketing campaigns. The position is required to collaborate with colleagues from other Bruker divisions on future Bruker.com structure and integrations. A successful web administrator is hands-on in building, maintaining and improving the performance of company websites as well as serves the marcom team’s resident expert on web analytics, SEO, latest web trends and digital marketing tools, reporting and analysis to inform online marketing strategies.

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage BNS presence on Bruker.com; implement web content using materials from the marcom collateral creation team and product managers; develop strong SEO program
  • Oversea the management of two Bruker consumables websites with online storefronts (BrukerAFMProbes.com and ValueAFMProbes.com)
  • Represent BNS in next-generation creation of Bruker.com
  • Improve web navigation, layout and features based on best customer experience to drive web form fills and lead capturing
  • Develop recommendations to improve funnel conversion and customer engagement including creation of a testing plan and post-test analysis with marcom team and BUs
  • Manage, organize and present web analytics data, establishing key metrics and KPIs and developing and delivering both regular and ad-hoc reports to help drive decision making
  • Create microsites for served markets and technologies based on desired purpose/outcome, whether to improve web traffic and web contact forms or brand awareness
  • Stay abreast on best practices and latest trends in web analytics, SEO, SEM, digital content and campaign management
  • Up to 20 % international and domestic travels maybe required depending on the job location (Tucson or TMT or SBO or Madison)

 

Job Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree in marketing or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience including web design, web analytics and SEO tools
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with online storefront preferred
  • Proven track record of creating and managing successful websites
  • Experience measuring the success of SEM, PPC and SEO campaigns and efforts
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data, trend, making recommendations for improvements, changes and new initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to edit digital content is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time
