As a result of exceptional growth in all our core Businesses in the USA, Bruker Daltonics is looking to fill a newly created position of Head of North American Order Fulfillment. In this challenging and high-profile role, you will lead a team of 6 Order Admin and Customer Service Representatives in delivering high technology precision Instruments, Service and Consumables to our customers in America, ensuring comprehensive management of all open orders, and ensuring timely and accurate customer billing.
Reporting to the Global Director of Supply Chain Operations, you will have a dotted line reporting to the US Management team consisting of the VPs of Sales, and the Director of Service, and establish a key strategic business partner relationship with the support functions of the Corporate Business Process Organization, Divisional Product Management, Quality, Finance and Controlling.
This is a senior position that requires strong leadership skills, maturity and composure. You are a leader who leads by example – you thrive on proximity to your team and on a deep understanding of your business processes. You have a process mindset, a high attention to detail, with a demonstrated deep understanding of the order to cash process in SAP. You must therefore have a strong track record in the SD module of SAP, and experience of the relationship with FI, CO and MM.
