SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer requirements for existing and future products. Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives.
Develops organizational policies and authorizes their implementation. Detailed knowledge of business unit allows for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas. Provides direction to senior managers/managers and selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
