Responsibilities

SUMMARY: As a sales engineer, he needs to achieve his own annual quota with a strong commitment. He should have technical skills and lead customers to grow AFM and SOM business in his territory.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: …..

Quota achievement:

  1. Create strategic sales plans and implement them without fail to achieve annual quota every year. He should understand customer buying process and decision making process for each deal then make action plans to win deals against competitors.
  2. Territory management:
  3. Manage his responsible accounts and makes sure our share and competitor’s share in his territory then implements share growth actions.
  4. Resource management:
  5. Be capable to make use of Bruker resources like BU, Apps and managers accordingly based on his strategic actions. He should be a good conductor as a representative.
  6. Brush up skills:
  7. Brush up his technical skills and sales skills on a continuous basis to meet customer’s and company’s requirement to do his jobs effectively.

Reporting: 

  1. Report to his manager regarding his current situation and issues in a timely manner then implement some actions to move forward to the next steps smoothly as a good team member.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience:    Have master or bachelor degree for electric engineering or physics/chemistry and sales or business development experiences are needed. If this candidate has more than 10 years AFM experience it would be better than sales experience to do this job.  

Academia and Industrial market experiences are also very useful.

 

Computer Skills:     Able to understand the intranet application software on the computer immediately. Microsoft office tools are necessary to do this job.              

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: TOEIC score: 800 or Equivalent      …

 

Other Skills and Abilities:   Have a good people skill and communication skill, Leadership and logical thinking ability are needed. Passion to get orders is very important for this job.

 

Knowledge: AFM or Measurement/Analytical knowledge is also needed.               

 

Fluent in …. English is mandatory skill to communicate with foreign countries.
