    Responsibilities

     

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsible for technical sales of Bruker Nano Surfaces Business(BNS) including AFMi and SOM(3D optical & Stylus profiler) and Tribology products.

     

    Responsible for developing sales, increasing product market share, developing relationships with customers, and maximizing customer satisfaction without sacrificing profitability for BNS Korea.

     

     

    SPECIFIC DUTIES
    1. Develop and implement sales strategies and activities to achieve sales goals and objectives.
    2. Attend to sales enquiries by responding to requests and questions.
    3. Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales call schedules.
    4. Build and manages the healthy sales funnel.
    5. Achieve agreed sales forecasts by developing field sales action plans.
    6. Utilize CRM for sales funnel management.
    7. Oversees preparation of and reviews quotations and order processing.
    8. Provides pre-sales and post-sales support to customers
    9. Generates monthly sales and other sales-related reports as and when required.
    10. Works closely with the Applications, customers and the Company’s sales channels in Korea

    Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    1. A positive team player, self-motivated with strong analytical skills
    2. Excellent inter-personal communication skills
    3. Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic
    4. Fluency in spoken and written Korea as well as English
    5. A quick learner

     

    EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    1. 5 - 10 years of field sales experience in Analytical or Measurement instrument field.
    2. Degrees in Engineering or Science and Master degree or more preferred.
