Primary responsibilities:

  • Provide professional support to Sales and Marketing Activities;
  • Maintain customer database on CRM, and keep complete records on active quotations in company approved format;
  • Coordinate and administer the phone at Bruker do Brasil;
  • Coordinate and administer Conferences, tradeshows and marketing plans with higher value (i.e. Analitica Latin America);
  • Support sales teams internally with workshops, application trainings, customer meetings.
  • Cold call prospective customers.
  • Perform customer mailings.
  • Support internal communication with BdoB employers related to working tools like company car, cellphone and Travel Company.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor (Head of AXS Group)


Primary working relationships:

  • Customers, Suppliers/Vendors, BdoB Sales and Service Managers and Engineers, and international Bruker staff


Job requirements:


  • High level degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience. Two or more years in an administrative sales and marketing support position, preferably in a high-volume, high-tech Company;


  • Knowledge of English language (speaking and writing)
  • Knowledge of general office practices with demonstrated basic math and verbal skills, strong typing skills both in speed and accuracy
  • Strong personal computer experience, i.e., PC systems (MS Office Package)
  • Ability to communicate deal effectively within all levels of the organization – both internal and external customers and colleagues – in a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must possess above average organizational skills, and be accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, more than one priority at a time
