Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

BNS sales person covering Southern China

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

  1. Responsible for sales coverage in Southwest China
  2. Manage the key channel partners in the regional
  3. Increasing product market share
  4. Developing relationships with customers, and maximizing customer satisfaction
  5. Utilization of CRM for Sales activities updates.

WORK LOCATION:

  1. Chengdu or Shanghai ,China     

 

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Positive “can do” attitude, a highly motivated self-starter.Relishes working in a performance-driven environmentAbility to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals, but also equally comfortable working independently when required.Competent PC skills, particularly with MS office software.

  • Solid understanding of surface measurement techniques, specifically Atomic Force Microscopy, Surface Profiling (stylus and non-contact optical methods) and Tribology Test Equipment.
  • Resourceful, proactive, meticulous.
  • Have the capability to find , coach and manage channel partners

 

 

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  1. Master or PHD degree of Science or Engineering
  2. 3 years’ sales or 5 years’ Application ( Pre-sales technical support experience) in sales of scientific instrumentation essential.
