The Sales Specialist provides sales Support for BAXS division within Bruker do Brasil (BdoB), in Sales and Marketing Areas.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a strategy plan in agreement with Sales Director to cover his region on the Brazilian territory and develop the analytical market in X-Ray Fluorescence and X-Ray Diffraction, X-Ray Micro Tomography, with focus on the industrial market like Cement, Mining, Steel, Glass, Pharma, Petro and others;
  • Provide key account management in Key industrial customers;
  • Provide to BAXS an accurate Sales Forecast including systems and upgrades.
  • Coordinate to be maintained updated customer database, and keep complete records in Sales Force;
  • Coordinate workshops with focus in industrial customers;
  • Send literature to customers and prospects, and provide follow up;
  • Create / issue sales quotations and bids responses from the point of quote/bid request, cost, obtain appropriate approvals, and send complete and accurate quotations/bids to customer(s) in a timely manner
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor (Sales Director).   

 

Primary working relationships:•     Customers, Suppliers/Vendors, BdoB Sales and Service Managers and Engineers, and international Bruker staff

Qualifications

Job requirements: 

Education/Experience:

  • Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Associate’s degree in business, or equivalent experience. Two or more years in a Sales position preferably on the Analytical Market.

 

Skills:

  • Advanced in English language (speaking and writing);
  • Ability to communicate deal effectively within all levels of the organization – both internal and external customers and colleagues – in a professional manner
  • Ability to present himself / herself in public presentations in congress, conferences and tradeshows providing high level technical presentations;
  • Knowledge of general office practices with demonstrated basic math and verbal skills, strong typing skills both in speed and accuracy;
  • Ability to communicate deal effectively within all levels of the organization – both internal and external customers and colleagues – in a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, more than one priority at a time;
  • Availability to travel 3 weeks per month on the Brazilian territory;
  • Proven ability to learn XRF, XRD and SCD technology;
