SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Application and customer service support Engineer position will be responsible for high level pre- and post-sales application support and service of Bruker Nano Surface’s Fluorescent Microscopy (FM) business unit products in North America region, specifically light-sheet (and super resolution, multiphoton and multipoint scanning fluorescent confocal microscopy) systems and accessories. Job duties primarily include discovering prospects application needs, positioning/selling our unique features, ability to install/demonstrate our products and advantages, provide advanced application training, attend conferences with speaking roles and team with direct sales personnel to drive and win business, support and service on systems. Other duties may be assigned.
