Your Profile:

A scientist (physicist to biologist) with an application background in in animal and/or human PET imaging , ideally in combination with MRI or CT.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

You will be based in the Asia-Pacific region (Singapore, Taiwan, Korea or Japan), and integrated into our international PCI sale and application team. You will be in contact and collaborating with the local leading experts in the field. You will be required to work in close co-operation with colleagues in sales.

 

The tasks include:

  • Customer training and support for the APAC region
  • Participation in customer collaboration projects in the APAC region
  • Support the local sales team by expert application and technology knowledge of the Bruker NMI products during customer visits or seminars
  • Demonstration of our scanners in house and/or at luminary customer sites
  • Applied research on rats and mice
  • Keep close contact to the equivalent application teams in EIMEA and AMER

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

  • M.S, or PhD combined with experience in advanced NMI imaging applications
  • Experience in the use of Molecular Imaging Analysis Software Tools
  • Good understanding of the nuclear molecular imaging technologies, specifically PET and SPECT imaging, understanding of MRI technology will be an adavantage
  • Experience in rodent handling including radiotracers injection preferred
  • Knowledge in the field of magnetic resonance imaging will be an advantage
  • Personal strengths should include good communication skills, strong team-work skills and flexibility
  • ability to travel up to 50%
  • good English language skills, other local languages skills will be an advantage
  • scientific track record in PET imaging research will be valued
