    We are looking for a               Sales Manager MRI NMI EIMEA (m/f)


    New opportunity based in Germany Karlsruhe/Ettlingen to manage sales and customer support activities for Pre-Clinical Imaging (PCI) products in DACH region, with a special focus on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Nuclear Molecular Imaging (NMI: PET and SPECT) direct sales.

    • Ensure achievement of quarterly and yearly Sales Targets in the Territory: NOB’s (New Order Business) and Revenue.
    • Help define and execute the growth strategy in the Territory for all PCI market segments, with a special focus on MRI and Nuclear Molecular Imaging.
    • Define market potential for the PCI product range and provide relevant Customer Specific Segmentation Market Analysis.
    • Report to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM, Central, Eastern and Southern Europe) to identify, prioritize, and pursue market opportunities.
    • Execute sales growth and business development strategies for defined markets: directly build and manage the territory funnel to implement appropriate tactics and execute sales directly to achieve targets.
    • Organise and lead support for all critical MRI and NMI projects in the Territory, in terms of system configuration based on specific needs and applications, site planning and others consulting aspects related to MRI and NMI purchase and installation.
    • Organize and implement local educational and promotional strategies to maximize customer awareness, including outreach to share marketing and product materials.
    • Interface with customers on a technical level to develop a solid understanding of the intricacies of the work and application areas that customers currently perform and communicate the benefits of new system hardware/ software along with the value provided by a new system.
    • Communicate regularly with RSM and provide detailed monthly activity reports and future planning schedules.
    • Perform other duties as required, which may involve travel support in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe.
    • Manage and keep updated all opportunities as well as the forecast in SFDC.


    • BA/BS Degree in Life Sciences.
    • A self-motivated, adaptive, assertive and rigorous professional with a desire to move from academia into the commercial marketplace or an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of direct sales with ongoing success and achievement selling capital scientific equipment and specifically MRI (ideally in research / pre-clinical) for the research and diagnostic market.
    • Recent experience working on or selling imaging instrumentation (preferably MRI applications in the pre-clinical environment) in the life science marketplace strongly preferred.
    • Proven understanding of imaging technology and unique requirements related to the research market.
    • Deep understanding of the small animal research market.
    • Prior experience in a preclinical MRI work environment is preferred.
    • Native German and English written, reading, and speaking fluency required.
    • Ability to build, leverage, and optimize business relationships with all parties.
    • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, computer, and technical communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
    • Communication, presentation, and follow through abilities in business correspondence and activities, including a strong sense of urgency, support, and customer response.
    • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently and within a team.
    • Valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident location required.
    • Valid passport with ability for domestic and international travel required.
