Provides technical expertise through technical support and services for our users, both at the customer sites and via telephone /email communications.
The newly bought instrument needs to be installed properly by a field service engineer at the customer site and will be supported by its warranty services.
Responsible for the instruction, guidance or service visit for improving faulty situation with our instruments on the trouble call /email from the customers.
Charged /free-of-charge repairs (both on site /remotely) should be executed by field service engineers.
Create customers’ satisfaction and make good relations with the customers and encourage the customers to choose products from our company /brand.
Generate the quarterly /annual revenue from paid services and sales of upgrades which meets the predetermined budget as the service group.
