  • Preparation of ad-hoc analyses based on complex corporate information for service and executive management
  • Identification of optimization measures derived from quantitative analyses to realize growth and margin targets
  • Service process development and optimization
  • Key User for SAP-CRM for service
  • Participation in international optimization projects with responsibility for own work packages
  • Active participation in the development of a global pricing management
  • Identification and implementation of measures to improve data quality




  • Master's degree in business adminstration, informatics or engineering
  • Service organisation experience and CRM know-how helpful
  • Excellent MS Excel knowledge - ideally experience in preparation of complex analysis based on various sources
  • Outstanding analytical skills, business sense and result-driven mentality
  • Structured and accurate mode of operation, creativity and "out-of-the-box thinking
  • Good english language skills
