Bruker Italy headquarters are located in Milano. However the FSE will be homebased, meaning the main part of his office job can be done in home office

 

The successful candidate will be part of a successful team assisting our customers in the correct, safe and most proficient use of Bruker NMR/EPR spectrometers. Her/his main job will be onsite installing, maintaining and fixing the instruments. A pivotal task will be the customer training, do be performed on site and/or in Bruker offices. Also important is the remote and hotline support.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for Installation, training, maintenance and repair of NMR systems in the Adriatic region (Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Greece, Malta and Cyprus).
  • The successful candidate will keep successful relations with customers, understanding customer needs and problems, proposing solutions, applying what is needed for excellent customer satisfaction
  • The successful candidate will become familiar with GxP environment
  • The successful candidate will be available to service in EMEA region and WW when needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/master degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electronic engineer or life science
  • Availability to travel up to 70% of the working time
  • Driving license
  • Languages: Italian and English (B2 level minimum) mandatory
  • Windows/Linux OS knowledge
  • Knowledge of the NMR/EPR spectroscopy as an additional asset

Compensation:

Salary Minimum: 33,000 EUR
Salary Maximum: 48,400 EUR

The actual salary offered will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, market / business considerations, and geographic location.
