Bruker India is looking for Regional Sales Manager, South to be based in based in Bengaluru, India.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing high level of Molecular Spectroscopy expertise to support the sales/marketing activities and the customer care after sales
  • Must have indepth knowledge about FTIR, FT-NIR, Raman spectroscopy and IR-Microscopy, Raman Microscopy and IR Gas analyser instruments
  • Must have knowledge about Key accounts management and must be able to generate Key accounts
  • Coordinate with Customers and application colleagues for instrument demonstrations as team or independently during sales process and reporting the executed feasibility studies to customers and team members
  • Organizes, carries out and reports the progress of sample investigations on customer’s samples
  • Develops and maintains detailed technical knowledge of the specifications and operations of instrument systems and software
  • Presents technical aspects of products to customers and sales channels
  • Customer training/coordination of trainings at installation or on demand
  • Works closely with customers to develop new applications in Industry and Academic and Government Institutions
  • Must be Self-motivated and able to take up any challenges that are foreseen during the progress of Job 

Qualifications

  • Education: Masters or PhD in Chemistry, Engineering, Material science, Physics or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales / application experience in the Molecular spectroscopy preferably and/ or analytical environment
  • A positive team player, self-motivated with strong analytical skills
  • Spoken and written communication skills in English, Hindi or local language to easily connect with people from different markets
  • Ability to work in an analytical environment; being focused, ability to structure complex request scenarios
  • Competence to efficiently and professionally guide clients through their analytical task
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under time-sensitive conditions
  • Customer Orientation: Professional and empathetic approach in handling customer queries and internal stakeholders,
  • Additional Plus: Knowledge of CRM (SalesForce) and SAP is a plus
  • Behavioral: Proactive, dependable, customer-focused, strong follow-through
